Junior Church

Every Sunday we aim to offer something for children in the church community. Often we try to have services that young people can join in with, and sometimes the Junior Church have part of the time seperate from the adults meeting. We have an excellent team of Junior Church leaders who aim to make the sessions fun, interactive and educational too!

We generally follow the Scripture Union 'XStream' material for young people, and try to use many types of creative learning during the morning.

Youth Church

This meets each Wednesday evening. As well as evenings of discussions about faith & God, we have several other activities arranged for this term. As well as a bowling trip, Laser Quest night and a Nintendo Wii competition we have a trip to Soul Survivor in Watford arranged.

We hope that the young people in our church will not only have their own activities to engage in, but will also be instrumental in shaping our church - not only in the futiure, but at the present time! We recognise that many churches are without young people in their congregations and we are in disucssions with young people and parents about how a church in 2011 can engage with all ages in its worship.

Creche

Creche facilities are available every Sunday with baby change facilities, toys, games, puzzles, books, tea & coffee making facilities and an audio link to the Worship Service. We hope that parents can come along and feel part of the church community - we are always looking to improve as a 'family friendly' church and would welcome any comments which might help us to improve.

Youth Club (Feb 2011)

Our midweek Youth Club is not opening at the moment... we are due to hold some discussions about the Youth Work in the church over the coming months, so please watch this space.
